I was depressed on my 30th birthday, because my ego had set set a big goal that I wanted completed before I turned 30. I had made a lot of progress, but was behind my self imposed deadline. I needed to learn to chill out. When I was 45 to 50, I was living the dream of that goal. When I was 53 I financially had a huge windfall from that objective I was frustrated by at 30. If you're around this age and confused, frustrated or concerned, have a listen and it might just be what you need to hear.
