We are overwhelmed with information, and not all of it is true. We need advanced ways to sort through it, and one of those ways is to train ourselves to look inside ourselves for the answers.
How do we look inside?
Get quiet, meditation
Get quiet, play with your inner thoughts in a quiet location
Get quiet, listen to your heart beat, be conscious of your breath, follow it
Get quiet, ask a question inside your head, and wait for the answer. Don't judge the answer, just listen to it and allow the thoughts/answers to flow
