12-year-old Aria Love was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis when she was 5-years-old. She's had many surgeries, including one to make a J-pouch. Her mother, Jill love helps to facilitate the Pediatric Support Group for the MN Dakota Chapter of Crohn's Colitis Foundation.
