After a failed business career which Rick was forced out of his company, this is the latest in a series of bad advice podcasts. If you have plenty of free time to digest an unholy platter of meaningless business-speak, this is the podcast for you. Not to mention its from a guy who nearly bankrupted his former company as its COO, and was forced out in disgrace. This guy is the embodiment of everything wrong in the business world today.

I love the episode featuring Chris Hadfield. Great analogies! My favorite is when he talks about surfing and how it’s more a matter of being in the right place than it is using your own efforts only. Love it!

Rick, Episode 9 is a Podcast that should be considered for listening at the start of every quarter, if not at the start of every month. The question to reflect on ... Where is energy needed in FAIR, for me and the organization. Is it with Focus, 'So What's the Problem'; is it around Accountability, 'verifying and sustaining improvement'; or is it with Involvement, 'Go See and Assess'. I like how you put Response in the Podcast in asking 'How you respond'. Re-listening to the Podcast might be a good time to reflect on how you 'Responded' since the last time you listened to Episode 9 ... CI4Life. Really enjoyed where the investment of 11 minutes in the Podcast took me in thinking. Bob V .

This podcast does a great job of breaking down continuous improvement into chunks that are digestible and actionable. Bringing in subject matter experts allows me to learn from executives who are outside of my network and helps me to grow professionally and personally.
