Great show

completely its own. I always come away from an episode feeling a bit more centered

Host always cuts his guests off. Annoying.

best project happening in the podcast space. hands down, brilliant. non intellictualist arts and philosophy material is so hard to find...

Really great show...you can tell a lot of time and dedication goes into every episode. Fantastic range of guests and subject matters...an absolute treasure in a sea of mediocrity & mindless babble...5 stars

Barrett needs to stop cutting off his guests mid sentence so he can remind us for the 100th time that he’s really so “out there” because he moved to Texas and started worshipping bbq sauce. Otherwise pretty good show.

idiotic podcast…a lot of hot air LARPING as ideas and concepts

Sort of kind of don’t sound smart!

I’ve been following Barrett for more than a year now and when I describe Contain to my friends I just say it’s the avant-garde. Surreal, unhinged, vitalism from the depths of the internet—what the internet should be but usually isn’t. A contemporary cult classic.

You never know what the next episode will be about, just that it’s going to be wild, fascinating, and out there. Brilliant pod

Each episode is its own artistic portal

I feel a great deal of congruence with Contain. The conversations Barrett has with his guests are always spontaneous, genuine, and alive. Listening is a highly immersive experience and creates a real sense of freedom for those who connect with it

listen to this on my commute into the city, great stuff. only complaint is there aren't more episodes.

Love this podcast, Barrett and Sam are always on point
