Pound for pound my favorite podcast
COH runs through a gauntlet of guests ranging from explorers to extreme athletes to extreme human beings to simply interesting people Every episode is extraordinary in its own way JT holds it down doing something bigger than himself, creating a platform for others to share their stories and reach those who need to hear them!

Great Guest, Powerful Lessons
First off, I love the name of this podcast and the symbol of an hour glass; reminding that my habits over time will make a huge difference either positive or negative in my life. I loved every episode, JT ask great questions with smart commentary, and an excellent voice. His candor, vulnerability, and intelligence makes this an awesome podcast. Looking forward to more and seeing where the 503c of the same name goes.

Meaningful life lessons
I’ve been following this podcast since it’s inception. It’s really matured into a diverse and insightful dive into the humanity of overcoming obstacles and learning the life lessons in whatever shape they take for each one of us. Keep going JT!

Sean Kelly
Great podcast. Well done!!! Sean Kelly won 193 races... how many races was he second , third or fourth...?? The point is that People should know that Sean raced in an era when he was expected to compete in every race. If he could focus on just the Tour de France he would ha very won it.... Sean was a great talent like the one of the Belgian greats....one of the greatest Irish sportsmen...

Engaging conversation to change your life
This is a great podcast for people that want to hear real life stories about how to improve their life. JT brings a lot of value out of his guests through a clear structure and engaging conversation, and adds a lot through his own vulnerability, consistency and drive to make this show standout. I see this being a top podcast in the very near future for entrepreneurs, vets and anyone out there trying to better themself and the world around us.

Good show that can get intense
This is a really well done podcast that deals with some heavy subjects. But it’s an important podcast too because it tackles tough subjects head on. JT is a natural interviewer and does a great job pulling all of the story out of his guest. This podcast almost holds up a mirror and forces you to confront certain mental health and other issues you be ignoring. I’m really glad there are podcasts like this out in the world. Definitely worth subscribing to.

I genuinely believe you will benefit from this podcast
This summer JT and I became acquainted through an Instagram group our friend @LewyConvery (creator of @JordanPetersonArchive) started. To say the least, JT is engaging in conversations with several people from varying backgrounds; learning from their own life experiences and sharing it to his audience so they can do the same. As you know, life can be difficult to manage. But with the help of such stories, you can learn how to manage your life a bit more—take what you hear that best suits yourself :) Also, JT really does have a solid podcast voice paired with a good sense of humor, so it’s a fun listen. Thanks for your efforts brotha!

Outstanding!
Such a great listen. The host is so well spoken, honest, relatable and says what we all have felt at one point. The interviews are so genuine and without ulterior motives. Highly recommend this space to listen to other stories to help understand your own. Right on!
