Intentionality drives your thinking and behaviors to help you realize your larger goal by helping you grasp its value and purpose. An intentional focus gives you more clarity about what you desire and removes the guesswork from where you should concentrate your time and attention. Last week Robyne and I talked on Freedom which was having the ability to act or change without constraint. We also related this to her first book : The Caged Bird Finally Sings. Now we know about freedom , we now ask what is the tangibility of being free ? Tangibility is the capability of being touched; discernible by the touch. Freedom, generally, is having the ability to act or change without constraint. A person has the freedom to do things that will not, in theory or in practice, be prevented by other forces. Freedom always cost you something, and for Robyne Henry, it was her voice. To retaliate, she sung for every caged bird to hear the sweet song of freedom until their rusted bars collapsed.
