Welcome to Conscious Growth, this is our ninth podcast. We originally set out to create a library of podcasts that we could refer clients to - or a reference library that would serve as a useful series of stand-alone podcasts for individuals who don't avail of coaching or training. The intention is to provide listeners with tools, techniques and insights that will be useful for them to apply in their own lives. This one is different. We want to speak to business owners, HRBPs and Learning & Development functions. Covid has had a huge impact on the workplace and as remote working has become a must, we believe that if nothing changes, there are worrying trends that businesses will benefit from paying attention to. In this podcast we cover four key pillars; Competency, Mental Health, Transactional vs Relationships and Culture - we share what we are noticing and provide some suggestions as to how we think they can be addressed.
