In this episode I discuss grooming predatory behavior, and how we should de normalize prioritizing our safety over the comfort of an aggressor. I also discuss how community is very much needed, but shouldn’t be used as an alternative from doing shadow work and holding ourselves accountable for the pain in our world. Accountability goes hand in hand with compassion and forgiveness. I also discuss the duality of female (Yin) and masculine (Yang) energies that all humans carry and how balancing those out can get us closer to divinity and oneness. As per usual, I also discuss karma vs. darma & the illness of self doubt that can only be healed by self acceptance instead of outer validation.
