In this podcast I quite frankly was coming to terms with the many ways that I, as a codependent individual, have gotten in my own way by not upholding my boundaries with the people around me. This podcast is all about the accountability that empaths should take instead of pointing fingers at the narcissists in their lives for all their misfortunes. Videos about how bad narcissists are, yea there’s lots of those, but rare are the videos that give the solutions for the codependency being at play here.
