Lots to learn from this cool chic. Tara lives on this little Island, in the middle of the Pacific Ocean with me. I met her at an ice bath party (lol Maui things) and we instantly got talking about a podcast interview. My soul knew. Speaking with her literally feels enlightening. It's pure joy and inspiration.
She speaks to her journey in tapping in as an "abundance coach", what that work entails exactly, and the process of manifesting money in this little merry-go-round of a society. I am sure ya'll will get just as much ooey gooey goodness from it as I did. Enjoy people.

I did a lot of "waking up" this year. I have been in the process of "waking up" for a number of years now, and have known for quite some time that I needed to dive into the rabbit hole of vaccines. I knew how I felt intuitively about them, but had not done the actual research until this year amidst learning about everything else in #2020. Lyndsy was a massive part of this journey for me, so I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to interview her and soak up some of her knowledge around this controversial subject.
*Disclaimer* - Neither of us are doctors. Neither of us went to medical school. We both have done our own research, and you should too.

Alisha has fire energy. Straight fire energy. She's one of those people that you cannot help but feel inspired around and lit up by. And I felt that immediately when I found her Instagram. We chatted through all things manifestation, creating with the Universe, light and dark energy, life coaching, and reiki. This conversation could literally have gone on forever, and I am so grateful we were able to connect on the poddy!

This interview is such a fun one, as it was so nonchalant and personal. Cha talks about creativity. We chat through her music career, her ideas around creativity, and how we can all step into our inner artistry. We are all creative beings. We have no choice - we are inherently creative. Just by breathing, we are creating. So, it just comes down to loosening the grip, dropping into that creative flow, and seeing where it takes you. Such a simple, beautiful lesson. Enjoy!

Hello Conscious Collective beauties. Kevin Pecca joins us today to tell us all about upper cervical chiropractics. I will be honest with you, Chiropractics is something I never personally thought I needed, so I never felt super passionate about learning about Chiropractic medicine. I randomly found Kevin's podcast while listening to an interview he did on Kangen water, and some ping inside of me told me I needed to interview him.
I am so glad I followed that ping.
His line of work actually revolves around the brain stem, and the brain-to-nervous system connection. Think about it - if the connection between your brain and nervous system is severed, nothing can function correctly. And so many things can sever this connection, and knock those vertebrae off by millimeters, which is all it takes (sports impacts, concussions, etc.) to mess with that communication So, how powerful of a holistic treatment it is to just adjust those vertebrae and allow that blood flow back into the brain. Mind blown. I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to learn about this and pass it on to you all!

Hey soul family :)
In this interview, we get to hear from a new and inspirational friend, Erick Godsey. We chat about his soul journey finding work that aligns with him, becoming Aubrey Marcus' right hand man and building courses of his own, magic mushrooms, dream interpretation, the psyche and unconscious mind ... all the great stuff, you know.
The moment I started following Erick on Instagram, I knew there was something seriously profound to learn from him. And I cannot express enough gratitude that we were able to do that through this podcast. Wow, what an honor. Definitely hoping for a round two.

Hey friends :)
Hope you're all *still having fun in quarantine. Anyone? Anyone? But for real, when is this going to end ... Loving it and all, but can't wait to hug a few friends and dance on the beach with my homies again. Yikes, the thought of it makes me so happy.
ANYWAY, onto the point. My friend, Kerry, came onto the podcast today! I love her! She is actually on my team in Breakaway Movement (If you want to join the party, watch this), and I knew she was awesome the second I laid eyes on ... her Instagram feed (haha who actually "meets" anybody nowadays??) But seriously, she is such a vibe. Super creative. Really interesting. Authentic. Brings so much VALUE to the table. Just all the good things. Mostly, she is studying neuroscience! Which, in and of itself, is cool.
So, I am grateful that she was willing to come on the podcast and share her magical thoughts with us. Thanks Kerry - you r o c k.

Heya homies.
Super stoked to be putting this episode out there. Fun fact, I actually recorded this 6 months ago (so much shame).
You know how life goes. But there is just so much value here, that it needed to go up ASAP!
To quickly recap, Breakaway Movement is the online platform I am a part of that assists in distributing Kangen water. But that sounds so blah.
Breakaway Movement is the thing that single handedly changed my life.
It feels like I was brought to Maui so that this community and opportunity could finally drop into my lap, and holy COW am I glad it did. And that I actually chose to go down this road.
These are my best friends. My family. These are my EXPANDERS. These people have shown me that it is possible to exist in this world the way I feel called to … sharing a product that we actually need, giving as much as we receive, and using our freedom and finances to give back as much as possible, and enjoy our time in this little merry-go-round life.
This is a community of game changers. We are changing the game.
If that sounds like a party you want to be a part of, message me!

Hey lil homies (haha)!
I had an experience the other day that inspired me to think a little deeper about open-mindedness and just how important it is in this day and age (literally is there a better time than the 2020 world shut down?! I think not).
We're all asking questions right now. We're all curious. None of us know WT actual F is going on, so tension is high. But it's only high because we forgot we were human and that we have never / will never understand anything. ANYTHING.
I repeat, WE ARE HUMAN.
And isn't it interesting that instead of opening our minds more with an intention to connect, we actually embrace MORE of what we already thought we knew? Why do we do that? Actually I know why. It is because we want to feel safe.
But, we will NEVER make a change here while we're all on ten thousand spectrums.
So I propose one thing - and that thing is to actually let go of our safety nets, and chill out enough to listen to somebody else that we may not think we agree with. We honestly do not know, and in a time where we have so much potential for change, it may be the most important decision we ever make.
Amen.
