Ashley is currently in the midst of creating the worlds first on demand mobile application for grief support through the Grief Wellness Group.
Ashley wanted to create a grief support system that meets individuals exactly where they are- their own home- and provide a base of support to meet each individuals needs.
She is aware that when we are in the deep trenches of grief, it often feels difficult to get out of bed to brush our teeth let alone, eat a healthy meal.
She is creating a beautiful space that will support every grieving person exactly where they are from support in taking a shower, to yoga, to nutrition.

About Lauren:
My name is Lauren Bentley and I am here to act as a guide to lead you safely into your body to create home within.
I am a Trauma Informed Mindfulness Teacher, 300 Hour Yoga Teacher, and Somatic Practitioner. I also have certifications as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness, Sound Healer and Breathwork Facilitator
I use these tools to help you heal trauma, explore emotions, and create a safe and sacred space within your own body
I offer a compassionate, mindful and embodied approach to healing. An extremely different approach to mental and physical health, as we enter our sessions together from the belief that you are already whole. Along with traditional coaching we will also use somatic responses like breath, body, movement, and sound to access the most effective tools for you. Each session will be uniquely tailored for you to meet you exactly where you are.
I am passionate about supporting you in your journey of returning to wholeness, finding home in the body, and creating safe and sacred space within.
I work with people navigating a wide variety of challenges including; disordered eating recovery, body dysmorphia, over exercise, anxiety, depression, trauma, healing nervous system, grief, shame, and learning to find radical self-love and compassion.
