His focus on family has been the main motivation to keep him on the path to his current weight of 290 pounds: he strives to be the best husband he can be to his amazing wife, and he aspires to be a role model to his future children.Daniel will be the first one to tell you it’s never easy to stay motivated every day, but he has a life hack for you: find something you’re truly passionate about, and the motivation will follow. For Daniel, this passion is jiu jitsu. As a lifelong martial artist, Daniel has had a long-term relationship with the sport. As part of his weight-loss journey, Daniel reconnected with a mentor and rediscovered the unique camaraderie, real-world effectiveness, and hardcore cardio workout jiu jitsu has to offer. His recommitment to excellence in training is cyclical: to improve in jiu jitsu, Daniel finds he wants to push the boundaries of what he can do physically and psychologically - 100-squat challenge?? Servitude takes precedence on Joa’s list of priorities, and he serves alongside his wife in church as a drummer for the worship team.Being groomed by a successful career in sales and logistics, along with displaying a love and enthusiastic knowledge of all things sports-related, make Joa the perfect host for Coñocast.
