I used to enjoy listening to this podcast. But now every single one (both shows and episodes) is nothing but complaint complaint complaint. The only thing that Apple has dropped the ball on in the last year is Apple Intelligence. This is still a limit as to how much you can complain before it just becomes old. I mean, what am I subscribing for. Complaining for an hour about a freaking icon. Like get over yourselves. You tap on it and then the icon is not even there anymore. I like them, you don’t like them, nod and move on.

Ticci and Myke have gone off the rails. They just ramble at this point. Also, we all conveniently forgot the thousands of hours they wasted by saying "iPad is totally a computer and it's as good as Mac" anyone remembers that? Just end it with you have some dignity left

I don’t know what it is, but every time I listen to these guys, it gets funnier and funnier without loosing the quality and information it provides. This episode”s mood and energy was great. It made my morning commuting to work. Keep it up guys.

I’ve been listening to Connected for years and it is one of the best Apple-centric / Tech-centric podcasts out there.

There once were three guys from Connected On the weekly tech news they reflected For Quizzies and Rick- -Kies answers they picked And japes? they were never rejected!

I used to look forward to this show every single week for its fun and unique chemistry between the hosts, but over the last few months it’s become mostly about boosting AI. What happened to the Federico or a year ago who was writing letters to congress about the theft of these AI companies? It’s super disappointing to see these three people give into boosting this planet destroying “technology”. I genuinely hope the three come back to their senses and snap out of the spell AI has them trapped in.

Connected strikes a rare balance between entertaining banter and genuinely useful tech discussion. Stephen, Myke, and Federico bring a distinct personality and perspective, which keeps things engaging without ever feeling chaotic. Whether they’re covering Apple news, software tools, or personal workflows, the conversation is always thoughtful and grounded. Even when I don’t agree with everything, I appreciate the honesty and the respect they show for the audience. Highly recommended for anyone interested in tech with a human touch.

The episode with John made me wish we could have a podcast with John, Stephen, and Federico instead… Myke complains all the time and talks over the other hosts. Always interrupting people to talk about his own opinions instead of actually listening to his cohosts.

Stephen, Myke, and Federico have really hade a fun show in Connected. Over the years they've added more bits and gotten looser, making this one of my most fun listens every week, while also remaining sharp and smart with their commentary about tech and Apple. They also are standup humans who care about the rights of all people, which means quite a lot to me. Other reviews lambast them for sometimes getting political, but them speaking up makes me feel safer when listening to them.

Been listening to this show since the episodes were in double digits. It’s only improved over time as the guys have honed their skills and humor… strong recommendation

I’ve been listening to Connected for over 10 years, and it’s been a consistent, thoughtful, and entertaining part of my weekly podcast routine. The chemistry between Federico, Myke, and Stephen is unmatched—they balance deep Apple insight with humor and personality in a way that always keeps me coming back. I especially look forward to the draft and prediction episodes before each Apple Keynote and at the start of the new year. They’re a fun mix of speculation, tradition, and inside jokes that long-time listeners will appreciate. Highly recommended for any Apple enthusiast.

Folks who bemoan Myke are missing the forest for the trees. He is the emotional, jokey heart of the show that keeps his also funny but more prone to serious-spiraling co-hosts a float in the only tech podcast my most ardently non-techie family members will listen to. The only real downside is the current AI arc they're on before that ugly bubble bursts. Only time I ever skip. Bit of a backhanded compliment actually given their ad-reads are so chill, relaxing, and never auto-inserted-garbage, never mind letting them play.

Whether they’re reigning annual or keynote champion, Stephen, Myke, and Federico bring the passion, the wisdom, the intellect, and the humor every week.

Good Podcast, great hosts. Love Federico. Sad the snakes got him. (Ep. 551) Not too many ads, and easily skippable. I absolutely LOVE all the wacky games.

Absolutely love listening to the show every week! Stephen consistently shows both breadth and depth of technical knowledge of apple systems (you could call him a mac power user 😉), Myke always remains on top of events bringing compassion to the show, and Federico give the hottest takes and never fails to make me laugh with his technical shenanigans!

Really enjoy this podcast the delivery of news and details around Apple ecosystem and all the things that can impact this ecosystem (including regulation and politics). Keep it up and refreshing to hear diverse opinions and discussion.

Was good until they also decided to inject politics to their show. Just more brainwashed by democrat crowd who think that deportation of illegal violent criminal immigrants equals everyone who isn’t white leaving.

Tried coming back to the show after some time away. My mistake to come back right after the election. I don’t care what you think about the political scene. I loved listening to you guys for years about Apple, but for the love just stop with your political commentary about the US. If you want to talk about that kind of stuff, start a podcast called “Disconnected”… I’m out for a few more months in hopes that this changes.

Been listening for a couple of years. One of the rare tech podcasts that isn’t declining in quality. Also, Federico is the best.

Short analysis: Federico - Shortcuts…shortcuts…and even more shortcuts. iPad…iPad…and even more iPad. Myke: Don’t beclown yourself with your ignorant takes on American politics and culture. Stephen: The most tedious podcast host I can think of…with exception of Andy Inhatko. Drones on and on. Skip this truly boring podcast.

Too political and opinionated lately, I used to enjoy but I come for the tech not political opinions. Stick to the tech, I’ll check back in a few months.

Become a going complaint session with less and less humor. Success may have spoiled it with hosts becoming a bit self absorbed. Too bad.

I listen to a lot of the things they produce independently but there’s a certain something when these three podcast together. They really work well together. It’s just so entertaining to Listen to them interact and play off of each other. Get the notification that Connected is available every week is a joy. Thanks.

I adore the chemistry between the hosts and the jokes that have developed on this show, it’s become one of my favorites over time precisely because they don’t take themselves too seriously. Perfect combo of tech + fun.

This trio has been doing this the best for years. The most fun tech podcast out there.

The three of these guys cover a lot of ground between their different humor, culture, particular needs of tech, and hot takes. This is my favorite show for sure, and these guys raise so much money for st Jude, it’s nearly a business itself. They do great work, have a beautiful community, and I appreciate them very much. a part technology, part comedy podcast. its very fun to listen to, as while they have topics to talk about, they often go on random tangents. Apple events are great as well, the amount of rules they have makes them a big event.

Once in a great while, a podcast comes along that is so groundbreaking, so adept at stretching the boundaries of what we consider to be possible, that it fundamentally alters the medium. This is a podcast.

Japes, japes, JAAAAAPESS! What a great time. Stephen tells jokes that no one gets. Myke has a lusty laugh leaning away from the microphone. I didn’t expect Federico to be so hairy.

Sometimes should be labeled a comedy podcast instead of tech. Love every episode. Standing for the rules is required by all serious listeners.

For some reason, I feel like Federico is the charismatic and passionate hero, Myke is the generically British villain, and Stephan is the relatable everyman. Is it just me? But in all seriousness, they all seem like seriously great people with fun chemistry and good Apple-centric tech commentary. I do feel a special connection with Federico. How many other Apple nerds specifically call out their love of The OC and Deathcab?? 😂

I have a very stressful life. Listening to an Italian talk about writing a blog on the beach is very soothing. On a serious note though: Federico, Myke and Stephen are my friends. They don’t know me, but we’ve been spending almost two hours every week for years. I love ATP and I love Upgrade, but Connected, without question, is my favorite tech podcast out there. Thank you for being with me through the toughest of times. You have no idea how much you mean to me. Best, I love you.

I’ve been listening to Connected since it first started and to The Prompt before that. The show has evolved over the years and it’s been for the better. I’m a big fan of the japes (jokes). Amongst the silliness is a great Apple podcast hosted by three knowledgeable gentleman. It’s informative and entertaining.
