But you need to make sure you have the right idea of your destination before you set out, otherwise you will end up in the wrong place. In this episode, you&#39;ll hear an illustration from my days as a speech kid. I&#39;m explaining the difference between ego &quot;confidence&quot; and true, grounded confidence. Just remember, this is absolutely 100% something you can learn. It doesn&#39;t take competing in speech for 4 years, either.
