Community By Design

Our panel of professionals explores the far-reaching – and sometimes surprising – breadth of landscape architecture and its impact on northern communities. Mark Kimerer is a senior landscape architect and principal of Bettisworth North who manages landscape projects across Alaska. Landscape architect Jonny Hayes serves as chief design officer at The Anchorage Museum where he advances exhibits, installations, and community projects. Leah Boltz is a principal of Bettisworth North who champions inclusive design for inclusive communities.
