Officer Andrews responds to reports of the Toxic nightclub shooting. Earlier, Cynthia is drug out of the club by Miguel and Luke tells Brad his story. Ally meets the shooter. After the episode, a SNEAK PEAK of Jack Tracy's new album.

Brad calls 911 from a coat closet as other patrons in hiding are discovered. Earlier, Cynthia confronts Jess and Desiree, only to be intercepted by Miguel, while Luke intercepts Hector's attempt to pick up Brad. Elsewhere, Nia makes a move on a girl, Ally, for the first time.

Pockets of Toxic patrons shelter in place, waiting for the police. Hector and Velossa wait out the tragedy in Velossa's dressing room, where she begins to needle Hector on his toxic masculinity and internalized homophobia. Gogo boy Shawn analyzes closeted Larry as they wait in the dark room. Jess and Desiree tend to Cynthia's injuries in the third floor bathroom.

Nia decides to try her first lesbian bar, only to find it closed. The scorned Cynthia brings Nia to Toxic, where she helps underage Brad slip into the club. Later, Hector, Velossa, Angelo and the bachelorette party flee the shooter as Jess tends to Desiree’s injuries after her confrontation with Cynthia in the third floor women’s bathroom.
