S3 E7 Full of Errors
You all use a lot of examples that don’t even fit the narrative you’re trying to create and push (Trayvon Martin, Breonna Taylor, etc.). Liberal law professors, and especially Deans, are quite out of touch with the actual sentiment on the ground, as we’ve seen time and time again in public polling, particularly around policing.

The equity podcast
The US constitution doesn’t use the word equity.

One of the best legal podcasts
Great guests, excellent interviews, and great production. Easily accessible to non-lawyers, aspiring lawyers or practicing lawyers. Can’t recommend highly enough.

More debate less echo chamber
Another example of academia eschewing debate in favor of opinions reflecting the path most traveled. Echo chamber for dean and vice dean vanity.

Insightful and Accessible
UVA’s Common Law podcast is an excellent listen regardless of one’s previous exposure or knowledge of the law. The hosts and producers have put together a thought-provoking series that presents legal concepts and stories that are very pertinent to our lives. Their two current seasons (one looking forward and the other looking back) brings in experts that detail complex legal issues in an accessible manner. The hosts are beyond knowledgeable but are never lecturing. Instead, they present the podcasts with an infectious interest and curiosity. I’ve learned a great deal across many areas and eras of law from this podcast, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone with an appetite to learn new things.

Bingeworthy Law Pod
This is a super interesting pod, I’ve listened to several episodes, now going back through and listening to all of the episodes!

Great Balance
Only on episode 4, but l’m really enjoying things so far. I truly appreciate that you two come at the law from different angles, respect each other for that, and even had Episode 0 to explain it. It’s not just an echo chamber. That said, my favorite aspect of this show is the post interview thoughts. It’s insightful to hear your takeaways and your thought process in hearing your guests points of view. Thanks for putting this together!

Love it!
Deans Goluboff and Kendrick are brilliant and fascinating speakers. Their charm, sense of humor, and broad, intellectual, humane approach to the law makes this, I think, an enlightening listen for anyone who’s interested in law and legal reform.

Dry
The actual content is great, less reading from a script would make it a lot less boring.

Quality Legal Education for Free
Though biased due my acquaintence with both Professor Goluboff and Professor Kendrick, I was delighted to have my preconceptions of them as suberb communicators and thorough scholars confirmed from listening to the first episodes. They present this series at a fortuitous moment, just when we Americans desperately seek the values that will sustain us in this unusully turbulent polical environment. And they are the perfect moderators, sharply probing in their questions, judicious in their choice of guests, entertaining and clear in their teaching.

Brilliant Start!
Episode 2, mind blown! I am. It a lawyer, but as a businessman I thought this episode was brilliant and visionary. I hope they keep pushing out content like this. Great topics, experts, and questions so far.

Great Idea for a Podcast
Really interesting subject for a podcast! And so far very accessibly presented (by two very clearly smart deans!). Looking forward to seeing how the episodes develop.
