Change can be incredibly difficult for many people.  However it is inevitable.  For many LGBTQ+ people change is something we must deal with on a daily basis.  Often times our changes can be severe and difficult to deal with.  This week we discuss how change can be used to benefit us even when the change is not always as nice as we would like.

Hostility can happen in many ways.  For butches and masc folks there seems to be a disdain from men for existing without the need for the male gaze.  Why do so many men (and women sometimes) react with such anger towards people that are just trying to live their lives?  In todays episode we discuss why some members of society may struggle with the idea of these lesbians existing in a space that is completely free of the male gaze and creating a space that tries to be totally free of straight, cis men.

Overcoming struggles can really break a person down if they are unsure of how to solve the issue.  When it comes to LGBTQ topics many are faced with dealing with homophobic families, discrimination in dating, and so much more.  Having strong coping skills when it comes to adapting can be key in improving your journey to self improvement rather than quitting when things get difficult.
