A great show
If you read comic books, this show is for you! The episodes come out the same day as the comic book, so it’s easy to find something new you may want to read, and have a direct line to what the writer was thinking as they wrote the book.

If you are even kind of interested in the artistic process...
This show is amazing.
The episodes with the late legend Len Wein are amazing glimpses into not just comics, but any intersection of art and commerce.
If you have any interest in how art is made, listen to this.
Never not interesting, often beyond fun and full of laughs.
This show also did help me through my period of losing my eyesight and no longer being able to be the visual artist I was in my career and entire life.

College minus the tuition
The Comics Panel and the Writers Panel are like getting a college masterclass in writing and applicable business knowledge for free on a weekly basis. Really insightful and inspiring.

With Heather Antos
It was informative but there were all sorts of issues with the microphone or something. Then a constant pounding noise, like a very loud bass drum or something? It was so distracting while trying to listen. Normally this is not an issue on here but it was really irritating in this particular episode.

Great podcast
This was at one time my favorite podcast, I think the fact that they only put out podcasts sporadically had me searching for others to fill the void. All in all it's still one of the best podcasts out there offering great interviews with some of the best and brightest stars in comics today.

Yessss
Ben Blacker is such a good interviewer/panel moderator. It's pretty dang convenient that this is its own podcast now.

Entertaining and Educational
If you enjoy behind-the-scenes stories of the comics industry or useful tips and advice on how to improve your own comic book creation skills (and how to manage your career if you're lucky enough to break in), this is definitely the podcast for you.

One of the greatest resources for a comics writer
I've listened to this and the regular Writers Panel for over a year now, and its one of the most insightful podcasts into writing in any medium that I've ever read. They do a great job of finding out everyone's process, as well as keeping every episode fun and enjoyable. Well done guys.

The best comics podcast in existence
There are a lot of comic book-related podcasts out there, but none of them compare to Nerdist Comics Panel. The hosts are intelligent and upbeat, asking interesting questions, and speak with passion and love for comics. Their opinions are informative and respectful and a joy to listen to. The guests on this podcast, ranging from newcomers to industry legends, are always eager to talk and contribute to stimulating (and wonderfully nerdy) conversation. This is a podcast to learn how comics are made and what comics you should be reading. A must-listen for anyone who loves comic books.

Great energy
Hey, I’m late to the party here, having only just listened to the Mark Waid interview from 2015. Mark is always fun to listen to, but I especially appreciate the way this one was moderated. I’m subscribed now, based on just this one podcast.

Love it!
It got me interested in comics again. They cover everything from Saga to Archie, X-Men to Bizarro.

Great Conversations!
This is one of the best podcasts out there. If you love comics, you'll love hearing how the creators think and go about writing. Ben and Heath ask great questions!

Great conversations about comics and the process!
Great podcast! Happy to see its big enough to warrant its own feed. Insightful conversations with various creators that are tied to comics that always leave me satisfied. Make mine Nerdist Comics Panel!

Entertaining and educational
This show is a prime example of the wonders of the age we live in. A regular on-demand talk show of long, in-depth discussions with comics creators? Yes, please. I don’t know many of the books and writers, but I enjoy every episode — and learn something, too. Blacker and his co-hosts do a good, efficient job explaining who the guests are and what their book is about. And, because it bears repeating, every episode has a handful of useful “this is how you do it” logistic/practical advice. It’s a good listen whether you’re an aspiring creator or engaged fan.

Nerdist Writers
Whoa! For the past year or two, I've made an effort to go through the history of this podcast tied with the writer's panel & I haven't been disappointed. If you've ever been curious about the process of making comics and a lot of what goes on in the offices, this is your spot. Always a great panel of guests that discuss writing, drawing, opinions of vets, opinions of comic lovers, etc.
Instantly listened to the newest episode in order to hear thoughts on Rebirth & BvS. A highlight of my podcasting time & a wonderful learning tool. Thank you to all involved!
