Emily makes these stories soothing somehow??? She has such a grounding, lovely presence as a host!

Emily is a great host who’s really down to earth and brings the best out of her guests who reveal some great spooky stories. Recommend and everyone should listen. It’s a fun ride with cool people who share some wild stories.

Emily, the host, does an amazing job curating really good, scary ghost stories, and her guests, being comedians, have excellent storytelling skills themselves. I never miss an episode of this show and I’ve even done re-listens of past seasons and old episodes - some of them are SO SCARY and I love it.

I really love this show! ❤️💀❤️ Despite the name, this is not played for laffs. Nor does it have the affected intensity of ghost hunter or debunker shows. Straightforward conversations about a wide variety of spooky encounters. Emily Winter is a charming interviewer, credulous (otherwise what’s the point?) but not woo woo gullible.

This is one of my favorite weekly podcasts! I love the different guest and hearing all these wonderful spooky stories each week while I work! And Emily is such a great host! Really enjoy it! 👻💕

Emily Winter has crafted a totally enjoyable program. She clearly enjoys the topic as well as each of her guests, all of whom are clearly having a good time sharing their spooky stories. Some fool previously commented that Emily has a loud voice, but that is just so much misogynistic claptrap. So dial this one up if you like to laugh and you also like ghost stories.

It’s nice hearing the encounters told by people who know how to tell a story. Great idea for a podcast!

Just discovered this pod, very excited to binge. Spooky but not too scary

I listen to the episodes over and over, it’s amazing! I love it, it’s funny and scary and wonderful. My only problem (and it’s sorta recent) is that a lot of newer episodes are like a 20 second prerecorded message from the company used to create/post podcast episodes instead of the stories. But I totally recommend listening to older episodes; I love these stories so much!

My only complaint is that I wish they were longer! I love hearing stories from people that really know how to tell a story.

I was introduced to this podcast from Derik and Sarah at Legends and Spirits podcast. So much fun and I love the story telling!

This is such a fun podcast! Emily gets right into the good stuff with her guests so you get that paranormal hit you’re looking for. She keeps it bright and fun and moving along with just a touch of “What does this all mean????”. Existence is a mystery but this podcast is a sure thing.

These stories of supernatural occurrences told by comedians are superb, and Emily is an excellent host. This podcast is perfect for the murderinos out there needing a little scare ;)

Love the straight to story approach and the fun feeling like when you used to stay the night at friends and tell scary ghost stories! She lets them plug at the end and you can skip it or listen if you like the person as well- definitely binging the all seasons at work now!

Ever since burning through one of my favorite ghost story podcasts, I had been searching endlessly for a similar podcast. I couldn’t find ANYTHING that was just genuine people telling their stories until I came across this podcast by chance. I was hooked after the first episode! This podcast delivers scary ghost encounters from people in a fun way, which somehow gives you enough scare but in a way where you can listen to it even at night. It really feels like you’re sitting in with a couple of friends just listening in to some fun yet creepy stories. Love this podcast, keep them coming Emily!!!

Comedians! Ghost stories! Comedians telling ghost stories!!! It’s a win win!!! Having great story tellers tell their creepy stories of supernatural experiences is so entertaining. Such a great podcast to listen to when I go for walks or when I’m just hanging out around the house. This has been a great distraction for me amongst all the chaos of the world. Love it!!!

As an avid ghost story fan, I love the combo of realness and humor, it’s like listening to my friends sharing their creepy stories! And Emily’s so great. Keep up the good work!

Love that these are actual stories and that you get right down to the story with the guest right out of the gate. It would be a nice add to have the actual comedian tell a story at the end!

Can’t find it. Just post it to your show notes, rather than have us dig through your IG and Twitter. Otherwise, I enjoy the podcast, great tales well told, especially when host sticks to the stories without much chitchat.

I like how the each guests dives right into the story without a lot of dramatic lead up, and I enjoy the conversation style of the show. It’s like listening to a friend tell another friend a true ghost story. Overall, good scary stories that appear to be genuine experiences. Funny at times but mostly CREEPY! I keep listening and never get tired of this show.

These are so interesting. Ghost story interviews are the best :) Hope you can add some more eventually!

This is a fun skip down the twisted road of ghost stories! I love ghost stories and I love comedians, so this is a great mashup! I enjoy first person ghost stories, and they’re even better when you get comedians involved. I enjoy how she ends every show with the question “what’s the scariest thing in comedy” I’m genuinely curious, the answers are interesting.

I am SO happy I found this podcast! It’s the perfect mix between funny, spooky, and interesting. I also feel right at home when listening to this podcast (weird to say in a ghost podcast) but the tone of voice is so incredibly soothing. I have listened to all episodes and am anxiously waiting for more. Thank you and please bring out more!

I love ghosts and I love comedy so this podcast is a must. I got made fun of for years for believing in ghosts and feel 100% vindicated by this podcast.
