There are two types of selling: Transactional Selling and Relationship Selling.
It's the relationships that keep people coming back for more. It's what builds the repetition in your business.
It doesn't matter what industry you're in, but your foundation of beliefs in serving others [will be] the indicator of whether or not you can be successful.
Management and leadership are when you're required to be a constant repeater and encourager.
Staying on a path [towards somewhere] you don't have clarity on why you're doing it will only produce bad results.
The customer is not always right, but you are not the judge of whether they're right or wrong. If you need to vent, you can, but you are not allowed to vent to the customers.
We become ambassadors of our work when we go out in public.
People who constantly show up late, it's not a problem with late, but it's a problem with integrity. It's a problem with a lack of consideration for the other party.
The people on the front line or those who paid the least are the biggest ambassadors of your brand.
Quotes:
"We serve to serve again."
"Inside the relationships of a company, there is give and take."

Fred Reggie and Marvin LeBlanc are here to discuss Service Excellence and Service Culture—two of the most critical factors contributing to the welfare and well-being of a company. Amidst the pandemic, Service Excellence and Service Culture are experiencing heavy change, which Fred and Marvin will look into and share their experiences.
Everyone was thrown into a different business cycle and business model over the last 18 months, and they're just starting to emerge from that now and realize that there's a new "different" out there.
The way to adapt is to take a closer look at your service model or service design within the company and see what you are doing right and what you can do better to ensure a consistent engagement with your clients and customers.
Service Culture is the need for systems to be in place whenever people are going to be in constant transition in and out.
The people who are accustomed to doing business with you want to make sure they’re doing business with the same company now.
People are embracing us mainly through tech and less through talk.
You're struggling in your Service Culture even if you're a great company because your culture is being changed by factors beyond things you can control.
Everybody counts. We've always heard about "Don't judge a book by its cover."
They call it Service Culture because it is a culture that the company develops over time, and it's recognized by the public—by those who patronize those respective businesses.
Quotes:
"Excellence is a habit. It's not something you turn on and off. It's something that becomes you. It's that central focus."
"Everybody continues to do business. They just might not continue to do business with you."
