Show notes
On this episode we build upon the 2020 vision from Episode 1. Host Chae Cole goes over SMART Goals and how to create them. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-Bound. Using this framework, we can set goals that stretch us but also help us refine what we placed on our vision boards, the goals we set for the new year, etc.Additionally, Chae encourages listeners to operate their lives and goals like a business. In order to do this, listeners are encouraged to break their goals into quarterly chunks. This will allow bigger goals to be broken down and seem less intimidating. It also allows us to assign tentative dates to the things that we want to accomplish. By assigning a date (Quarter) to our goals, it gives us something to work toward each quarter to ensure that we achieve our goals.SMART Goals Resource: https://corporatefinanceinstitute.com/resources/knowledge/other/smart-goal/Episode Scripture: Psalms Host: Chae ColeIntro/Closing Beat: Maurice MeyersInstagram: @ColetherapyWebsite: https://www.coletherapy.comEmail: [email protected]--- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
