First episode I hear and the host gives a spoiler to current Netflix series! So disappointing.

When you repeatedly mispronounce a victim’s name throughout the podcast, I cannot take anything you say seriously. No way you listened to any of the news coverage or interviews of family. Also, you basically just recap a few highlights of the case. No deep dive. No original theories.

As a listener I appreciate the fact that you include your sources in the podcast. It’s being transparent...honest...respectable so I commend you on this. Many podcasts don’t even take the time or respect of siting sources. Also, I like the short episodes. You say what you need to, the facts, and nothing more. The one thing I would like to suggest is working on some of your pronunciations with words like knowing, killing, willing, saying, walking, long, etc. Basically, every word that ends in “G” you pronounce with a very hard “G”. However, the “g” in words such as these is silent. It does become somewhat distracting and irritating listening to your hard “G’s”. Please work on this to make your podcast even better.

I like these episodes but it is very hard to listen to you pronounce words like “Arkansas” as “Are-Kansas”, “Peace Corp” with an audible “P” and “Massachusess” instead of “Massachusetts”!!!

You are fantastic. Too bad the podcasts are so short! You have thorough facts, and great opinions, and I could listen to for so much longer! There are other podcasters that do the same cases but for an hour or two. You’re really great and I think you could become huge in the podcast world if you fleshed out the episodes and made them longer! Good luck and cheers!

I hate telling someone what I dislike about something they are doing when it’s something that’s beneficial to get resolve whatever issue it is regarding but more so because it takes courage to do what you do. It leaves you vulnerable to critism, which I don’t like given when it’s something I don’t have the courage to do. But you ask to leave thoughts, so 1st. I love your podcast. Love how you don’t care about publicity, but rather to do the greater good. Here is my BUT, i usually listen while working on yard work, bathing, going to bed etc, so my hands are not free - and that 1.5-3min of nothing at the end of each show makes me think my phone died or suddenly turned off. If you could limit that I’d give you 5stars, but even if not, your show rocks!! Keep bringing it, Amber Lou from Louisiana!!

I think first and foremost, you should realize you are by no means an expert, but an arm chair detective, at best. You shouldn’t try to invoke your opinions on what happened without giving solid bases as to the why. You can tell you’re really young and clearly do not have a mature understanding of life experiences and how or why things happen. You do grasp at straws a lot and that is another reason why I did not give you more than 2 stars. Your voice isn’t monotonous, which is a plus. Though you mispronounce words quite a bit. Lastly, your epis are was too short for you to belt out that you need 2 weeks to garner more evidence for the shows you produce. Like really? You need 2 whole weeks to put out a 15 minute show?? Come on!! Perhaps podcasting isn’t for you then. Sorry not sorry for this review. The only plus to this podcast is your voice...THAT IS IT!!! So you get 2 stars from me solely for that alone! I’m hoping you’ll do better or hang your hat up and let the big dogs (more experienced podcasters) do this kind of work!

I normally prefer long format podcasts but have found Cold Girls is perfect for my walks in the morning while at work. I can generally get two full episodes in as opposed to getting 3/4 of one done.

I was a bit concerned that I wouldn’t like this based on the previous reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. I like the shorter length and the straight to the point reporting.

Why not just create a podcast dedicated to minority crime victims and and leave the racial finger wagging out of true crime. Can’t say I’m surprised however. Yawn. Next ...

Such a good podcast! Just wish it was longer! The narrator is very easy to listen to and I enjoy the way she tells the stories.

Good stories, I like you're "just the facts" storytelling. I also like your voice. Not like I'm a creep way lol, it has a very ASMR quality.

I’m sure her heart is in the right place but I think she needs more life experience whenever you were the first 20 minutes of your podcast telling Miss information and other things related to Jane Doe and John Doe that is obvious I think you need to live a little before you have a podcast and act like an expert on anything. She sounds lovely and like a really sweet girl but I think she needs to either grow up or get another opinion on the shell good try though

For the case of a Betsy, you pronounce Peace Corps wrong the entire episode. Also, you disregard that someone followed her to the library simply because it was an impromptu trip? What if someone was stalking her? I think you need to hone your craft a bit. Get some better research sources (maybe less reddit) and read it aloud to someone before you record. Dig deeper. The victims deserve a voice-your voice! Please take this as constructive criticism. I’m sure it’s not easy doing what you are doing, so please know that I understand that and am just trying to give some constructive feedback.

I love the host’s voice and how she packs great content into shorter episodes. Her episodes are straight to the point and she even gets her opinion in.

Love this podcast! So glad I heard about it. Well researched, and the moderator is great. The only thing I would change is I wish the episodes were longer. Can't wait for the next one
