I'm a Marriage &amp; Family Therapist with a love for coffee, adventure, science and who believes healing &amp; love is for everyone. This podcast is for those who just want to learn how to care for their body, mind &amp; spirit. I will share my experiences as a wife, mom, friend, &amp; give psychoeducational tips for self improvement. I'll have guests who can share their love for mental, emotional and spiritual health.
