Is Your Diet Too Restrictive or Is It About Mindset?

Rosa is devoted to helping ambitious women reclaim their health, pursue their dreams, push past their comfort zones, and put the joy back into their lives. 

She knows all too well what it feels like to have your health taken from you, while watching your business suffer, relationships become strained and your zest for life disappear. 

Rosa was burning the candle at both ends when she was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue and sibo (a digestive condition ), she was also then diagnosed with mold toxicity. The mold was a blessing in disguise as it was her wake up call she needed to make a change.

In a pursuit to get her life back Rosa knew she had to put her health first. She knew in reclaiming her health the rest would fall in to place. Without good health nothing else mattered. As a result Rosa now coaches ambitious women to do the same: to pursue success while taking control of their health, so they can make an even greater impact and enjoy the process. 

Rosa is passionate about lifting women up in health and business. She knows women can create the most remarkable impact in this world when they feel their best and are doing what they love.
