This year has seen an increase in fraud taking place with a 3rd of Brits reporting an increase in scam calls and texts since the beginning of March. Recent research from Lloyds Bank has found that men are the most confident that they can spot signs of a scam, however a quarter share too much information on social media and a 3rd have no idea who sees their posts. As someone who most certainly fits the bill of being over-confident when it comes to spotting scams AND someone who over-shares on Social Media I've invited in Paul Davis the Retail Fraud Director at Lloyds to join me on the podcast to raise awareness of fraud and our private information.
