Today we discussed something a little different!   We each spoke about our signature programmes, and how we designed them to deliver insane results to our clients.  We both talk regularly about our journey and it's clear to see that we have crafted our coaching in such a way as to help people along the same journey!  It's our lived experience, we've been there and done it.
