God not only has a will, but a way that He accomplishes His will. In today's teaching, Pastor Jason Huffman examines the way that Sarah and Abraham attempted to bring God's will about in the flesh, rather than trusting His way and waiting. Whenever we try to fulfill God's promises by our own efforts, we face the consequences, but when we trust Him to work, our lives bear good fruit. When confronting in love, it's important to follow Paul's example—using discretion, asking questions, and ultimately delivering the truth, not our own opinion. Through authenticity and humility, the grace of God reconciles us to a real and right relationship again.

In today's teaching, Pastor Jason Huffman teaches how God's purpose for Paul's life was revealed through his testimony. In the same way, our life becomes a part of the Gospel message that we share. As we allow God to free us from service to people and serve Him, He is able to use our past in order to glorify Himself in the present and equip us for the future.

We enjoy life abundant as we know Jesus, trust Him, understand His Word, choose joy in Him, share Him, and crown Him as king. It is enjoyed even in the midst of pain and confusion, because we have a risen Savior who gives us resurrection power. 

Jesus calls His disciples to "follow" Him. Looking at Peter's example of a life full of failures, successes, and the transforming grace of God, Pastor Jason Huffman teaches that following Jesus is not about being perfect, but being faithful. God's grace is the fuel by which we are able to trust and obey God daily with determination and a soft heart. This process begins with becoming a disciple who learns how to hear and obey God, a servant who uses God's gifts for His purposes, and an apostle, sent out to share the love of God with the world.
