This was informative, inspiring, and soothing all at the same time. I learned about the Black Americans who fought in World War II and how the different periodicals did/did not mention that Black folks were an integral part of the allies success. Professor Delmont’s “earned hope” definitely gave me something to think about in these “unprecedented” modern times. I am looking forward to the next episode!
