In this week’s episode, Shelby and Charlie explore a mystery brought to them by a Patreon subscriber. The story of Bella in the Wych Elm is older than most of our grandparents and, unfortunately, will likely never be solved. In 1943, some teenagers were out poaching and bird-nesting when they happened upon a fully skeletonized corpse in Hagley. Upon notifying the police, a decades long investigation was conducted which chased down everly feasible, exhausting lead. It’s rumored that someone somewhere knows who the skeleton is, but that secret is likely buried with them. Opening music licensed from Peder B.
