In this weeks episode, Charlie and Shelby finish up the story on PeeWee Gaskins. After going on a further string of murders, PeeWee finally gets caught after his long time friend Walter turns on him to the police. But, his crime spree doesn't end there. While incarcerated, Gaskins ends up killing another inmate who's on Death Row in a gruesome way.
