An auditory spa session
For minds that race at night, this podcast is the antidote. Aaron’s voice communicates a sense of calm and safety as he navigates what it means to be alive in today’s time and space. You get the sense that Aaron is having trouble sleeping too, and needs this podcast as much for himself as he does an act of service for us. Beautifully produced with excellent background instrumental. Listening to it reminded of childhood lullabies, drifting into a liminal state feeling warm and safe. Aaron’s voice is the soundtrack to the drift into dreaming. What a gift!

Creating Space To Breath
So often today, where we look for places in media to focus our attention, whether it be social, TV, or film, it has become a form of escapism. Looking for “something“ to shift our attention from the daily grind of life in today’s upside down existence. This podcast is very much, not that. There are so many choices today that it feels like searching for that one face in a sea of humanity on a busy street corner. That face that says it’s all going to be OK. Circles | Edges feels like finding that face in a crowd. Aaron Tabacco has the uncanny ability to make me feel like I’m the only listener on Earth, like the episode was made just for me. He’s thoughtful, measured, and dispenses insight into seemingly invisible ways of being. Aaron‘s podcast feels very intentional. It feels like 5 PM. It feels like your favorite cup of morning coffee. Like a stroll through nature or tea with your best friend. Time very well spent. You can watch/listen to any number of media. You would be hard pressed to find a podcast that invites you in, gives you a pillow to rest against and offers you safe refuge the way that Circles | Edges does.

🌌The best calming nighttime routine
I put this on while winding down for bed and did not expect to be crying and calming down at the same time. Aaron creates a space that feels incredibly safe and human. He has this way of talking about hard, real things while also bringing so much light & hope. I felt completely seen. My nervous system softened. My mind slowed down. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or just need somethinggrounding, this podcast is a gift.
