Episode 1 party people! We have no idea what this thing is. We're just starting something with the hope of helping other people create impact. Hope you stick with us for the journey. In this episode we talk about working with Millennials. Thing is, two of us are practically millennials (on the older side) and one of us, is definitely a millennial. This should be interesting! Millennials are in the news a ton these days. It makes sense though, their are 80+ million of us. They represent a generation whose world and view is very different from previous ones before them. Instead of hating, ignoring or complaining about them, we thought we'd talk about ways to get the best out of them!
