one of the greatest gifts involving friendship is an openness to the many forms the other will evolve into over the years. today, we are not who we were. tomorrow, again, we are a different being. we are ever expanding with the taking on of information and experience. I am open to who my friends chose to be (and not be) today. I believe they receive me the same. encourage authenticity. create a safe space for today's self. a little growth and little insight–we will laugh at who we were and what we thought. that will be okay. there will be honor and contentment in knowing we lived our truths.
