So many of us know the true reason for the Christmas season which is undoubtedly: Jesus. As newly married young married woman, this year I  began to reflect on Jesus’s birth story, but from the perspective of someone who is often forgotten if not misunderstood, or in some denominations, overly-glorified in the retelling. I started to think about the birth story of Jesus from Mary’s perspective. She was a believer with amazing faith. She had to endure pains, trials, and hardships.
