chill af is a series of audio field recordings of calm, pleasing sounds. Episodes will include sounds from places that include: parks, rains, crackling fires, trains, cafés, the ocean, and plenty of sounds of nature. Each episode is 15, 30, or 60min in length, no host, no intro, and no speaking—just steady natural sounds to relax, or work, or meditate to. Enjoy.
Episode 3: Binaural soccer game, Portland Thorns vs Houston Dash 45th minute to the 75th minute
Admittedly, this isn't typical chill audio, since they score twice and the crowd goes completely wild, but as long as we're stretching the limits of what a podcast can be, why not stretch the limits of what counts as chill field audio recordings? It's relaxing to hear the lull between plays and between chants and songs in the stadium. This was recorded with binaural mics from the top of the cheap seats, away from people talking. It's behind the goal so there is an entire music/drum/singing/spirit section off to the left nearby that never stops throughout the game.

Episode 1: Wind in the trees
A warm windy day with occasional gusts happening every five to ten minutes. There are also sounds of chirping birds, rattling woodpeckers, and an occasional plane far overhead. Since it's suburbia, there's an occasional dog bark and far off in the distance you'll hear the distinct sounds of people mowing lawns that you can never quite escape.
