Kris’ podcasts are hands down the best for any childcare owner. I listen to her podcasts to fill my mind with ideas for staff meetings and owner meetings. She always has a guest on that I can relate to. It’s so amazing that she brought this community of childcare owners together, I am so thankful for all information I take away from these podcasts.

I’ve been listening and following Kris and her team for years. Her teaching is tangible, manageable, and measurable. Just do it!

I’ve probably listened to everyone of these episodes. I enjoy listening to Kris and all of her guests. There aren’t many resources available to owners and directors of early childcare programs. This is a much needed resource for us. I’ve since participated in some of the child care success company’s trainings as well as now have attended one virtual success summit and will be in Vegas at the 2021 summit. I can’t wait. I highly suggest this podcast.

I love that this podcast has so many different guests and they all have a gem of advice to offer. I also think that as a childcare owner, this podcast helps us to not feel all alone in the work we do. I look forward to my drives and listening and learning. I started listening to these podcasts in March of 2019 when our center closed down because of COVID. I didn’t know what the future held and I felt defeated. I listened to her every day, ordered her books and attended the virtual summit. I joined the Academy and never looked back. She is one of a kind, and her podcasts are real people making real changes in the world of childcare!!! Kris is genuine and you know it’s her passion to make this industry the best it can be. 😊

Through these interviews she shares incredible information that child care and school owners can use to level up their own businesses. There are many forums out there that deal with things like curriculum but no one comes close to Kris and her team when it comes to teaching owners how to run the business side of their operations. She wants each owner to learn how to be profitable and to enjoy the business they have created! As I have listens to their experiences and advise it has helped me improve my business based on sound business practices, industry standards, and data driven results. Kris is so passionate about helping people succeed. This podcast is well worth the listen.

In August I was ready to quit! Not because of the kids or the workload, but because I’ve been doing this for 28 years and I kept having the same problems, same issues over and over again! I didn’t want to add more employees , more kids or more families because I didn’t want anymore problems. So, I want to say that I accidentally found Kris in August after listening to many different webinars and podcasts since March from ALL kinds of people. 🙄 I have a degree in fine arts with an emphasis in advertising (worked in advertising for about five years). I got tired of that and was 21 hours away from sitting for the CPA exam when I started having fun teaching my 18 month old son, so I dropped working on my business degree to change to education. I have a masters degree in education and I’m a certified Montessori teacher, so when I got my first coaching call I told Brian don’t bother trying to sell me anything because I ain’t interested and I can’t afford it. He honored that request and didn’t give me any sale pitch. But I did decide to go to the summit. After listening to a few days of mostly what I thought was a sales pitch I saw a comment in the chat about resources. So I asked, what is that? Then I found out some of the benefits you get from being a member. So, back to another call with Brian and I’m like show me the members area and give me the sales pitch. I signed up right after the summit. I started trying to implement some of the ideas in December. Finally, got really started in January! Our phone has started ringing, we have been giving after hour tours almost everyday, and have had 15 children start already in January! We are expecting 5-10 on the first of February based on people saying that they are coming (didn’t quite have our closing down). I had said at the first of January that we would have 70 more kids by July 1st. (I did have some doubts...it’s been years since we had 200 kids enrolled.). But now I firmly believe that we will make it. Just finished being in person in Florida and I have my February list made out of thing to do! I have been turned from the most cynical and skeptical potential client to fully drinking the koolaid! I am proof that you can teach an old dog new tricks and that the tricks work! I can’t wait to see where we are at the end of the year! If you think you can’t afford it, my tuition in my area (and I’m right in the middle) is $525 PER MONTH!
