Today I share some of my favorite Culinary YouTube channels,  I like to watch a little about them and, why I like to watch them. 

This episode is on culinary terminology once you know and don't know the name of. ones you never do and don't need a name for and some of you might hear in a restaurant on your next outing so if you're interested listen to this episode and learn something new or just freshen up your knowledge.

Since it seems to be birthday season at least in my family we talked about how people celebrate birthdays across the world different birthday foods and treats different types of birthday traditions so if you're interested give this episode listing I also talked about some of the cakes I made the past couple of weeks, some birthday cakes and graduation cakes and just catching you guys up on what I've done.
