Nepotism is based on favouritism granted to relatives or friends in various fields, including business, politics, entertainment, sports, religion and other activities. The misuse of power is Nepotism. The word itself is not bad. But putting someone’s life and future in danger is wrong nepotism. Not encouraging new people and ideas is bad Nepotism.
