The Path of Truth and Reality is not freedom from pain or suffering. It is living as God lives...intimately inside every thing. - Hayuna
Manipura is associated with fire and the power of transformation. Solar plexus or manipura is the third primary chakra according to Vedic tradition. Manipura translates from Sanskrit as "city of jewels" alternatively translated as "resplendent gem" or "lustrous gem". Manipura is often associated with the color yellow.
This chakra is where your power and self-confidence manifests.
“Manipura” means a lustrous gem. The jewel or qualities associated with this chakra strengthen the digestive system and diaphragm. The Solar Plexus focuses on the power and autonomy of metabolism. The element for the Solar Plexus is fire.

Although the problem may be traced back to many factors, we, as consumers, have the power to help realize the full growth potential of SMEs in the Philippines. ( Source : https://business.inquirer.net/265259/5-reasons-why-it-is-important-to-support-our-local-businesses )
