May is a month dedicated to raising mental health, I want to express my gratitude to all those people who work and strive for mental health. In recent months and years, we have literally seen people falling apart and not caring about their mental health. Let me not sound arrogant or smart, I have to tell you all that it is ok not to feel ok every day and that it is ok not to be happy as everyone shows it on the internet. It is okay to cry and say how you feel and even to say when you feel that something is wrong with you. Do not be people with happy images and sad minds, do not! Do not be afraid to ask for help if you really need it. Talking about it all is not taboo. Over the years, beautiful friends have left us, friends, for whom no one suspects that they are deeply suffering. Some suffer visibly, some are deeply rooted in themselves and we can not notice them, which leaves another impression, lying that not everything is ok. Life is a highway with different curves and each of them is equally worth a visit! Celebrate the life and repeat to yourself how much mental health is important to you!
