We actually get dopamine from making excuses. It's familiar, it's comforting, and it feels good. But I'll break down why calming yourself and taking action is better.

I've been reading a lot lately and watching YouTube videos on business and here are five nuggets of wisdom that really stood out to me!

Entreprenuership can feel very lonely, especially if, for whatever reason, you feel a lot of financial pressure to be successful. But as soon as we start thinking... it's all on me... we end up working from a stress state.
