Healing from Trauma is a process, and not all of us handle it well... There is no timestamp on trauma. There isn't a formula that you can insert yourself into to get from horror to healed. Be patient. Sit and listen, read, and allow yourself to learn about your trauma. Knowing yourself, and your experiences is one of the most important steps you can take towards healing from Trauma. It's okay to let yourself feel that pain, and then let it go. No matter how long it might take you.. just know that your pace is fine. Heal on your time, and not someone else's.
