Episode #42 was a mess. This is my first time listening to this podcast…is this how all the episodes are? I learned nothing. That Dr kept talking in a deep whisper about “prevention” but never said HOW to prevent sleep apnea. And both hosts kept going off on weird tangents all over the place. It was beyond frustrating to follow. Sleep apnea is caused by jaws that are too small-I *think* that’s what they were trying to say. But what is the “prevention” that kept being referred to? Major reconstructive surgery on the jaw???
