J. Massey’s podcast is one of the gems that I missed when I first started to listen to shows on a regular basis. I listened to one episode on recommendation and I was hooked. He does an incredible job of paring down complex endeavors and transforms them into tasks that any engaged entrepreneur can tackle. Most importantly, he doesn’t stop there. He makes the effort to “change your thinking” about tasks in life that people call hard and encourages listeners to jump on the deep end. His colorful guests also share that deep enthusiasm J. Massey is known for. Whether you are into real estate, books, or even tattoos J. Massey is the podcast to listen too. I plan on buying my first multi-family this year! Thanks!

I love listening to this podcast because the host is really relatable and down to earth. He's accomplished so much in life and business and he has so much value to share. I listen to the podcast in the morning to get my mind in the right mode.

Most beneficial pod cast. J is a very powerful speaker he discusses how to start investing in real estate and build a real estate portfolio, he also brings on other investors and entrepreneurs to discuss how they created wealth and what the would do differently if they could start now. He creates action takers.

J. is great at motivating and pushing you to improve yourself so you can find real estate opportunities in different markets. I found out about his podcast from other podcasters who had sung his praises over several of their episodes. I have devoured over 150 of these podcasts over the last two weeks. It's difficult being in the position of paying off personal debts and moving over to real estate investments, but I do believe everything that's being taught, and hope to make a move in the market place and ideally get myself a 4-plex. No promises, but will keep looking, learning and hopefully soon start making offers. I was hoping on getting the Cash Flow game for x-mas, but after hearing J. in episode (146ish) I hope there is still some validity to his promise of the first 100 reviews getting a Cash Flow game. That being said it is way past his goal date now that it's 2016 almost 2017

I'm just getting into real estate investing and this podcast had been a spectacular crash course

When I listen to a podcast, I do a basic exercise. I count how many minutes I've learnt something. In this case: 2%. I guess he doesn't have anything interesting to say after tens of podcasts. And one key thing: disclaimer says you need to be a registered investor to follow his recommendations...i.e. that requires you to be already fairly wealthy. Wait, I thought the goal was to make us rich!? BS

Not just an investment podcast, but motivating to take action and be the best you can be in life. Great show!

The way J shares his experiences about real estate investing and life and buisness skills is absolutly incredible. He is very charasmatic and comes off as a very honest, true speaking guy. I always feel good after listening.

I discovered J. Massey's Cashflow Diary a coulpe of months ago when I began studying real estate investing. His podcast interviews provide a wealth of information. I highly recomend this podcast.

J gets it and delivers it better than anyone. This podcast is more than simply, how-to invest in real estate or how to transact deals. J knows that having the knowledge is only half the battle for most people. He also delivers infinitely valuable mindset content that addresses the excuses most people give for not getting started in real estate. He's a great teacher. Oh, and not that you need it, but his story is inspiring and motivational. You need to hear it so go back and listen to it. He's the real deal.

J is someone who clearly practices what he preaches. He has REAL experience and has shown how to go from zero to huge success with passion, drive, perseverance and strong will. I love hearing his many successful guests interviewed and how J extracts helpful tips from these geniuses to apply to all businesses-not just real estate. I highly recommend you invest your time with this worthwhile podcast-the benefits far exceed the cost of your time.

I took the time out to listen to the CashFlow Diary podcast with J. Massey and I was in awe of the positivity and brilliance displayed in what I was listening to. This podcast is definitely worth listening to, 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

I first discovered this podcast about a month a ago and I must say that its about the best I've heard (for me) on real estate investing and cashflow. J. Massey breaks it down into simplistic, down to earth information that I can relate to. I'm up to episode 32 (some episodes I've listen to more than once), thus far and am deliberately not jumping to present day yet. The one thing I've been amazed at, and somewhat hard to relate to as I continue to listen, is how J. has catapulted from a credit score of 398 and living in bank owed property to real estate investor and teaching icon in such a short period of time. With his fantastic podcast and outstanding cashflow website, you would think he's being doing this for 20 or 25 years. Nevertheless, he's the man and I'm completely hooked!

This is the best podcast I have ever had the pleasure of listening to. You are better than that sack of pure evil with whom you've associated your podcast - but that's just my opinion. However, I just wanted to say that the Jason Hartman interview was very pleasant and you two make a great team. Thank you J. Massey for being SUCH a wonderful person to listen to.

I have been listening to the podcast of J.Massey for about 6 months now and am truly astonished with the wealth of information I have learned thus far. I stumbled across his podcast one day when I was simply browsing R/E investing. I was hooked after the first 15 minutes of listening to J.Massey. He is a great speaker.
