Ep: 03: How to Maximize Points When Writing Essays and Exam Answers
The particulars of this episode came from a specific student question…“How much does it really matter regarding my grades if I get the correct answer and I don’t really show the analysis that well?” In short, the amount of points you’ll score will depend primarily on whether you properly follow the IRAC process and show complete legal analysis. In this episode, I walk listeners through an example to show you how to apply this writing process to a specific situation. To answer this question further, I discuss in depth how to apply the IRAC  format to all writing assignments as a general rule. Issue Rule Application Conclusion KEY TIP: Learn the IRAC format well, and use it properly throughout all of your writing assignments!
