Surprisingly, the Career Slay podcast shares the real advice about what it takes to build a sustainable and successful career. I love the span of careers it covers and the honesty and authenticity of the guests.

Career Slay holds so many golden nuggets of insight, even if you don’t personally identify with the career or industry being discussed. In our post-pandemic world, with so many people examining their personal career choices and paths, it’s a much needed show. Kelly is really gifted at interviewing—she knows which questions to ask and holds ample space for her guests to tell their stories. It makes each episode feel like the kind of conversation you would have if you asked someone whose career you admire to dinner to pick their brain. I look forward to all the careers she’ll cover in the future.

I love Kelly’s choice of guests on the show. They have a diverse range of careers that are different from mine, which gives me insight on how to rethink my unique challenges and trajectory. I also love how everybody is “young enough but old enough”—young enough that they are still stretching and growing in real time, and old enough to have navigated economic challenges. Also, everybody has a different perspective on how they met “the moment” that caused them to grow into their authentic selves. Love it love it love it! Kelly is an excellent interviewer too!
