I very much enjoyed listening to these podcast you can clearly see how knowledgeable you two are. This allowed me to pick up on things like what a syndication is and the difference between limited and general partner as well as there importance in the business. I also found little things talked about in the podcast very helpful to young people like me taking a interest in businesses. learning rules like the 506b and c and different types of loans like the sba loans I feel is very beneficial. This podcast also talks about tax write-offs and ways to reduce taxes which has always been something that interest me so learning about things like cost segregation study’s was very cool. If there is any little bits of knowledge you have they you are willing to give me I would greatly appreciate that keep up the great podcast!!!
