How much information do you need to make a decision? How do you find the information? How do you process it? Do your results match expectations?

Your legacy is built while you are here and determined after you are gone. Be intentional.

Commitment, dedication, hard work, and doing what others will not do. This is the formula that I have seen work more than any other. A CEO doesn't decide what they will and won't address. They must be ready for everything. If you are "above" something today you will find your journey stunted.

Isn’t it crazy that sometimes we have to remove parts of our lives to reach our maximum potential. The process of growth is not usually welcome but the results are mostly favorable. Focus on the results of growth to make the process more enjoyable.

Sometimes we are so worried about the visible (how things look) that we disregard the invisible. The visible is easy to “dress up” but the invisible can sometimes be neglected. Get your soil right if you want to grow right.
